The Interactive Race Heats Up by the Hour
FChoice 2025 officially returns with notable innovations, particularly the addition of a Reader’s Choice category. As soon as the voting opened on the morning of November 28th, the competition instantly heated up.
This year’s two voting categories hold special significance. “Bank of the Year – Entertainment Sponsor” honors banks that have made a strong impact in entertainment sponsorship, integrating their brands into major music festivals, reality shows, and concerts.
Meanwhile, “Investors’ Favorite Bank Stock of the Year” measures market confidence, reflecting the appeal of stocks based on price growth, liquidity, and long-term strategy.
Voting will take place from 00:00 on November 28, 2025, to 23:59 on December 13, 2025. Readers must verify their accounts and log in via Facebook/Google. Each reader can vote a maximum of 24 TIMES PER DAY (with a one-hour interval between votes). One account can vote for multiple nominees across different categories.
EVALUATION & RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT (December 1 – 15, 2025): The judging panel will evaluate submissions until December 14, 2025. Final results, including the two reader-voted categories, will be announced on December 15, 2025.
For the “Investors’ Favorite Bank Stock of the Year” category: Results are determined based on a 50/50 weighting of reader votes and the judging panel’s evaluation.
For the “Bank of the Year – Entertainment Sponsor” category, results are solely based on reader votes.
With a voting mechanism allowing up to 24 votes per day and strict account verification, the system recorded a surge in engagement right from the start. Amidst intense campaigns from industry giants like Techcombank, VIB, MB, TPBank, SeABank, and VietinBank, no one expected a newcomer to dominate both leaderboards so quickly—until VPBank surged ahead unexpectedly.
VPBank Stuns in the “Bank of the Year – Entertainment Sponsor” Category
As banks increasingly focus on emotion-driven and culturally relevant experiences, the “Bank of the Year – Entertainment Sponsor” category has become a key highlight. This year’s competition is fierce, with heavyweights like Techcombank (“Anh Trai Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai”), VIB (“Anh Trai Say Hi”), MB (“Sao Nhập Ngũ”), TPBank (“Em Xinh Say Hi”), and SeABank (exclusive sponsor of Mỹ Tâm’s “See The Light” concert) participating.
VPBank, however, stands out uniquely. This voting season, the bank gained attention for two major media events: the K Spark Star music festival and G-Dragon’s two Hanoi concerts. Both events created a real ticket frenzy this year.
The lingering excitement from these events is credited with VPBank’s rapid rise to the top of the leaderboard within hours of voting. Though still early, this surge reinforces the notion that the “Bank of the Year – Entertainment Sponsor” race reflects not just branding but also each bank’s cultural and entertainment connectivity.
TCB and SHB Overtaken in “Investors’ Favorite Bank Stock of the Year”
VPBank’s dominance extends beyond entertainment, leading the “Investors’ Favorite Bank Stock of the Year” category as well.
This is particularly surprising given the intense competition from standout stocks like TCB, MBB, SHB, and STB, which have consistently reached new highs this year.
In a year where banks are driving the stock market, VPBank’s early surge highlights its unique appeal. Additionally, the bank’s 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting drew significant investor participation.
With a scoring system that equally weights reader votes and the judging panel’s evaluation, VPBank’s early lead provides a significant advantage until voting closes on December 13th.
