According to an announcement by Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company, the land plot soon to be auctioned is an asset of the People’s Committee of Phu Dien Ward.

This land, designated as plot CT within the 8.5-hectare resettlement area, is adjacent to Phu Dien Road in Phu Dien Ward (formerly part of Bac Tu Liem District), Hanoi.

Spanning over 14,351 square meters, the plot includes 6,490 square meters of land for auctioning the right to use for a low-rise housing development project. The starting price is nearly 713 billion VND (approximately 110 million VND per square meter).

Investors participating in the auction are required to deposit 143 billion VND. The auction will take place on December 27th in a multi-round direct voting format.

Nhat An Phu Partnership Auction Company recently announced another land plot with significant urban development potential in Quang Oai Commune (formerly part of Ba Vi District), set for auction with a starting price of over 479 billion VND. The auction is scheduled for the morning of December 27th.

The land in question is the Dong Xenh – Vuon Gan area, covering approximately 5.72 hectares, with over 1.7 hectares allocated for low-rise housing.

The remaining area is designated for various functional infrastructure: over 4,300 square meters for social housing, around 2,100 square meters for public facilities, more than 4,500 square meters for green spaces and sports areas, and nearly 2.9 hectares for technical infrastructure.

In Hanoi, the auction for the land plot at 18 Cao Ba Quat Street, Ba Dinh Ward (formerly Dien Bien Ward, Ba Dinh District), is scheduled for the morning of December 25th.

The plot, covering 3,366 square meters, is earmarked for a 5-star hotel project with a building height of 5-6 floors. The total floor area is 15,923 square meters, with a construction density of 79%, ensuring compliance with setback regulations from the road boundary.

The starting price for the first round of the auction is 201.7 million VND per square meter, totaling 679 billion VND. The auction must go through a minimum of three rounds, with a minimum price increment of 2 million VND per square meter, equivalent to approximately 6.73 billion VND for the entire plot.

The total projected investment for the 5-star hotel project at 18 Cao Ba Quat Street is at least 911.3 billion VND, including 679 billion VND for the land auction and 232 billion VND for construction costs.

As of the end of October 2025, Hanoi’s land use revenue reached 89 trillion VND, a 167% increase compared to the same period last year. This growth rate surpasses that of other revenue sources such as domestic, import-export, and crude oil.
