Mitsubishi Vietnam is offering an official promotion of 50% registration fee waiver for the Ultimate variant and a 100% waiver for GLX and Premium variants, equivalent to a reduction of 35–68 million VND. Additionally, the Ultimate variant comes with a gift package worth 15–20 million VND. The Exceed variant is not included in the official promotion and is rarely available at dealerships.
In reality, some dealerships are offering even larger discounts, reaching nearly 100 million VND.
For instance, a dealership in Hanoi is offering a discount of up to 83 million VND for the Mitsubishi Xforce Ultimate, including a 100% registration fee waiver, additional cash support, and accessory gifts converted to cash. Some even quote an on-the-road price of just 720 million VND, with the vehicle price at 613 million VND, equivalent to a discount of up to 92 million VND.
Meanwhile, a dealership in Central Vietnam quotes an on-the-road price of only 655 million VND for the Mitsubishi Xforce Premium, with the vehicle price at 583 million VND, equivalent to a discount of 97 million VND.
Some dealerships offer smaller discounts but include additional accessories such as heat-resistant film, dashcams, one-year body insurance, floor mats, and a 10 million VND fuel voucher.
Typically, large discounts are applied to older model year vehicles. However, for the Mitsubishi Xforce, all vehicles are the latest 2025 VIN models.
Discounts vary by dealership. In some cases, the top-tier Xforce variant is priced comparably to an A-segment SUV. Photo: Dealership
Thus, the actual price of the top-tier Mitsubishi Xforce variant is comparable to the Toyota Yaris Cross gasoline variant after discounts (617 million VND). It’s even more affordable than the Kia Sonet Premium, the top variant of this A-segment CUV, which is priced at 624 million VND.
With these substantial discounts, Xforce sales are expected to surge further in November, especially after outselling the Yaris Cross in October. This is anticipated to narrow the cumulative sales gap between the two models. After 10 months, the Mitsubishi Xforce has sold 9,888 units, still significantly behind the Toyota Yaris Cross with 11,488 units.
The 1,600-unit gap is challenging to close, but the Xforce still has a chance to become the best-selling B-segment gasoline CUV if it maintains strong sales in the final two months while its competitor falters.
What Does the Mitsubishi Xforce Offer?
The Mitsubishi Xforce in Vietnam comes in four variants: GLX, Exceed, Premium, and Ultimate, priced from 599 to 705 million VND (Ultimate has a two-tone color option for an additional 5 million VND). This model targets those seeking a compact SUV with excellent off-road capabilities, featuring a ground clearance of 222mm and 18-inch wheels, among the largest in its segment.

Inside, the Mitsubishi Xforce features an 8-inch screen behind the steering wheel paired with a 12.3-inch touchscreen supporting wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, dual-zone automatic climate control with NanoeX air purification, a Dynamic Sound Yamaha Premium 8-speaker system, rear vents, and 8-level adjustable rear seats, depending on the variant.
The Mitsubishi Xforce Premium includes the MMSS package but omits some features compared to the Ultimate variant. The Premium lacks automatic headlights, forward collision warning and mitigation, and front vehicle departure alert. Photo: Dealership
All four variants are powered by a 1.5L engine producing 104 hp and 141 Nm of torque, paired with a CVT and front-wheel drive. Notably, the Premium and Ultimate variants offer four driving modes (similar to terrain modes): highway, water, gravel, and mud. The Active Yaw Control (AYC) system is standard across all variants.
Safety features include tire pressure monitoring, blind-spot warning with rear cross-traffic alert, and 6 airbags. The top two variants also feature the Mitsubishi Motor Safety Sensing (MMSS) active safety package, including adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning and mitigation, automatic high-beam control, and front vehicle departure alert. Additional features include a power tailgate with kick sensor.
