Accordingly, Son Hai Group Joint Stock Company won the bid to implement this project under the public-private partnership (PPP) model, with a BOT contract.
The total investment (excluding land clearance sub-project costs using state capital; including interest, after deducting the discounted value of state-supported capital) is 14,475 billion VND.
The Tan Phu – Bao Loc expressway spans approximately 66 km (nearly 12 km in Dong Nai and about 54 km in Lam Dong). The construction period is around 25 months, with completion expected by late 2027. The operation and business period of the project is 23 years and 9 months. Toll collection will begin once all legal conditions are met.
The Tan Phu – Bao Loc expressway is a segment of the Dau Giay – Lien Khuong expressway, linking Da Lat (Lam Dong) with the Southeast region and Ho Chi Minh City. Upon completion, travel time between Lam Dong and coastal areas, as well as Ho Chi Minh City, will significantly decrease, driving substantial future development for Lam Dong.
