How is Hai Phong’s 388-Meter Complex Tower Planned?

The mixed-use construction project at lot I.14/CTHH-01 is located in the new urban area of Bac Song Cam (former Thuy Nguyen city) – the new political and administrative center of Hai Phong city.

The project includes a commercial center, luxury hotel, office space, and high-end apartment complex, planned with two blocks: a 75-story mixed-use tower and a 38-story residential tower. The project covers a total area of approximately 32,500m², with a total investment of nearly 4.9 trillion VND.

Upon completion, the project is expected to join the top 5 tallest buildings in Vietnam and become a new architectural symbol of Hai Phong. Once operational, it will surpass Diamond Crown Hai Phong (186m, 45 floors) as the city’s tallest building.

Diamond Crown Hai Phong, constructed on a 1.3-hectare site in late 2021, topped out in May 2023. Following closely is the Golden Crown Hai Phong project, launched in late 2023, notable for its impressive height ranging from 39 to 45 floors, adjacent to Diamond Crown Hai Phong.

Additionally, the project will join the list of the country’s tallest structures, including Landmark 81 (Ho Chi Minh City) and Keangnam Landmark 72 (Hanoi).

After the rearrangement of provincial-level administrative units, the country has 6 centrally-governed cities. Among these, Hai Phong City has the smallest area at 3,195km². Despite its small size, Hai Phong ranks 3rd in the country’s economic scale, after Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
