After nearly 6 months of voting, out of over 500 listed companies on both exchanges, the Judging Panel selected the top 50 outstanding companies to honor across various categories. In the Corporate Governance category, 107 companies with the best corporate governance practices were shortlisted for the final round. AgriS was recognized and highly acclaimed for its pioneering efforts in upgrading and standardizing its corporate governance system on a foundation of sustainable development, securing a spot in the Top 10 Best Corporate Governance Companies of 2025 alongside Vietnam’s leading companies.
AgriS’ Annual Report was also acknowledged among the Top 20 Best Reports, reflecting the company’s commitment to standardized and transparent information disclosure, consistency, and alignment with its key strategic directions. The report was highly praised for its aesthetic appeal, cohesive brand storytelling, and ability to meet investors’ diverse information needs comprehensively.

This includes a 97% Environmental score for energy optimization and effective emissions management, a 95% Social score for community development initiatives, and a 92% Governance score, reflecting transparency and compliance exceeding market standards.

AgriS Prepares for Shareholders’ Meeting with Breakthrough Growth Strategy for 2025–2030
On December 4, 2025, AgriS announced updates and additions to the materials for the 2024–2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for December 6, 2025, in Tay Ninh. The updated materials ensure that the meeting’s strategic content fully reflects AgriS’ operational results, long-term vision, and development direction.
AgriS’ leadership stated that this year’s meeting will provide shareholders with the latest reports and strategic updates, incorporating results from ongoing partnerships with domestic and international collaborators. This aims to clarify the company’s sustainable growth direction for 2025–2030, emphasizing transparency, long-term vision, and shareholder accountability.
For the 2024–2025 fiscal year, AgriS recorded cumulative net revenue of nearly VND 28.5 trillion, exceeding the plan by 9% with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 18% from 2020 to 2025. Pre-tax profit reached VND 950 billion, up 5% year-on-year and surpassing the annual plan by 6%. After-tax profit was VND 834 billion, a 4% increase from the previous year. Sugar sales volume exceeded 1 million tons, maintaining a 46% market share.
SBT stock also saw remarkable growth. As of October 13, SBT traded at VND 26,900 per share, surging over 150% since the start of the 2024–2025 fiscal year, reaching an 8-year high with a market capitalization of nearly VND 22 trillion. Notably, SBT was included in the VN50 Growth Index, launched by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange on November 3, 2025, tracking high-growth stocks in Vietnam.
