Record-Breaking Sales Achieved in Just 10 Months
Regarding business performance, the NLG CEO expressed confidence in meeting the company’s annual targets set earlier this year. In December, if project handovers progress smoothly, NLG may even surpass its goals. Additionally, the proceeds from the sale of a 15% stake in Izumi City to Tokyo Corporation are expected to be recorded in Q4.
On sales performance, Mr. Lucas Loh recalled that when NLG set a sales target of over 14 trillion VND earlier this year, many were skeptical, given the company’s previous annual sales of around 5 trillion VND. However, in just 10 months, NLG achieved sales of 9.2 trillion VND, surpassing the 2022 record of 8.2 trillion VND. Notably, the 10-month figure represents an 86% increase compared to the 9-month results, thanks to projects like Izumi Canaria receiving sales permits in October and November. The NLG CEO anticipates even higher sales for 2025, with two months remaining in the year.

On December 4th, the Elyse Island project (formerly Paragon Đại Phước) received its sales permit. NLG will launch the project for the first time since acquiring it in 2019. The project has already garnered significant market interest, with many customers placing reservations. The NLG CEO emphasized that the focus now is not on increasing sales volume but on swiftly converting reservations into purchase agreements.
However, this conversion process depends not only on NLG but also on customers. NLG is working diligently to expedite this process to achieve its desired targets. If not completed in December, revenue recognition for these projects may occur in early 2026.
Targeting Annual Sales of 20-30 Trillion VND
For 2026 and beyond, NLG aims for annual sales between 20 and 30 trillion VND. Mr. Lucas Loh believes maintaining this pre-sales scale is beneficial for NLG, allowing the company to consolidate before expanding its land bank and entering the next phase.

Following Trellia Cove, NLG plans to develop the CCTM1 and CCTM2 plots, two central areas of Mizuki Park. For Akari City, NLG intends to construct a school in 2026 to enhance amenities for the entire urban area.
Reflecting on his 20 months as NLG’s CEO, Mr. Lucas Loh highlighted three significant changes within the company.
First, internal governance has been strengthened through improved delegation and project management processes. This enables NLG to manage multiple projects simultaneously. From five projects pre-2023, NLG now handles nine projects in 2025-2026, thanks to enhanced governance and government support. NLG plans to further expand this capacity in the coming years.
Second, marketing and sales efforts have been intensified. With a larger team and improved strategies, NLG is better positioned to reach the market.
Third, there has been a shift in employee mindset. Mr. Lucas Loh stressed that every NLG employee, regardless of role, impacts customer experience. Therefore, all staff must adopt a customer-centric approach to better serve clients.
The NLG CEO also praised the addition of new personnel, which has improved the company’s DNA, enabling it to meet higher scale and sales demands.
