Distinguished delegates inaugurate the groundbreaking ceremony of the project.
Representing the business sector were Mr. Johan Van Den Ban, CEO of De Heus Asia; Mr. Ben Cliteur, CEO of Bel Ga Asia; and Mr. Vu Manh Hung, Chairman of Hung Nhon Group.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Vu Manh Hung, Chairman of Hung Nhon Group, highlighted that 2025 marks a significant milestone in the collaboration between Hung Nhon Group and De Heus Group, characterized by the rapid realization of 12 high-tech agricultural projects in Tay Ninh. Specifically, on February 24, Hung Nhon and De Heus jointly organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the DHP Food Processing Plant Complex (Phase 1) and the DHN Tay Ninh 2 & DHN Tay Ninh 5 High-Tech Farming Zones. Notably, just days prior, on December 5, both parties initiated the DHN Tay Ninh 6 High-Tech Farming Zone project.
Regarding the DHN Tay Ninh 4 project inaugurated today, Mr. Vu Manh Hung stated that the project has a total investment of 257 billion VND. This breeding farm is constructed to high-tech standards, aiming to provide high-quality breeding stock, ensure disease safety, minimize environmental impact, and significantly contribute to the agricultural development of the province while meeting the growing market demand.

According to Mr. Johan Van Den Ban, CEO of De Heus Asia, the DHN Tay Ninh 4 project is not an isolated component but a crucial piece in the DHN Tay Ninh High-Tech Agricultural Complex. This linkage was established through the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at the Investment Connection Forum for the Development of a High-Tech Agricultural Ecosystem between the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province, Hung Nhon Group, and De Heus Group in 2023. This project is part of a series of 12 projects in Tay Ninh with a total investment of up to 10,000 billion VND.
Within the strategic partnership between Hung Nhon and De Heus, Bel Ga plays a vital role as a key supplier of high-quality breeding stock for the entire ecosystem. Over the years, Bel Ga has established itself as a leading enterprise in Vietnam, specializing in the production of one-day-old broiler and layer chicks, with breeding farms and hatcheries operating under the most modern and advanced global technological processes.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Ben Cliteur, CEO of Bel Ga Asia, emphasized that the consecutive launch of multiple large-scale projects in a short period demonstrates the speed, scale, and strategic vision of the Hung Nhon – De Heus partnership in Tay Ninh. According to Mr. Cliteur, stringent standards in biosecurity, hatchability, and breeding stock quality have significantly contributed to elevating the value of Vietnam’s poultry industry and establishing a robust foundation for the closed production chain of De Heus – Hung Nhon.
Locally, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Chairwoman of Tan Hoi Commune People’s Committee, stated that the project is not only significant for Tan Hoi Commune but also represents a major step in Tay Ninh Province’s livestock development strategy.

Notably, the project stems from the strategic collaboration between Hung Nhon Group and De Heus Group, two leading entities in high-tech agriculture. “We are committed to supporting and creating the most favorable conditions for the project’s timely implementation, ensuring safety, efficiency, and swift operation to bring tangible benefits to both businesses and the community,” shared Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong.
On the sidelines of the groundbreaking ceremony, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed among five companies: De Heus, Hung Nhon, Trinh Dang Khoi Company, BD Agriculture Vietnam, and BDH Vietnam. These reputable companies share a vision of developing modern, sustainable, and transparent livestock farming. According to the agreement, the parties will collaborate to develop a livestock system with a capacity of 1 million broiler breeders and 3 million laying hens.
The cooperation agreement also includes the establishment of an internationally certified organic fertilizer production plant, creating a comprehensive agricultural ecosystem. With a 15-year term and a total value of up to 120 million USD (approximately 3,100 billion VND), this foundation is crucial for forming a closed value chain, from breeding stock and nutrition to equipment, technical processes, and end products, aiming to provide clean, safe, and sustainable eggs for consumers and export. This agreement positions the DHN Tay Ninh project as the largest and most modern poultry farming complex in Southeast Asia.
In their development journey across localities, Hung Nhon and De Heus consistently emphasize that production and business activities must go hand in hand with community responsibility. Guided by this principle, the DHN Charity Fund has been maintained as a regular social welfare activity, aiming to improve the livelihoods of residents in areas where the companies operate. On this occasion, the DHN Charity Fund donated 500 gifts and 200 million VND to support social welfare activities in Tan Hoi Commune. Joining the DHN Charity Fund in caring for the Tet holiday of Tan Hoi residents, BD Agriculture Vietnam and Minh Anh Construction Company also contributed 500 Tet gifts to bring a warmer spring to disadvantaged households in the commune.
