On the official fan page of Hyra Holdings—a blockchain company where Mr. Pham Thanh Hung (Shark Hung) holds the position of independent board member—the company announced a strategic partnership with AHT Tech.

According to the company, this collaboration marks a significant milestone in the development of its artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem, while also aiming to meet international security standards.

Specifically, AHT Tech’s AI models will be integrated into Hyra Mega, a global AI trading platform operated by Hyra. Both parties will also launch the Hyra Compliance Security project, targeting international security certifications such as SOC II, PCI, and ISO.

“We view Hyra as a strategic partner to accelerate the commercialization of our AI products,” said Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha, CEO of AHT Tech.

Meanwhile, Mr. Tran Nam Chung, Chairman and CEO of Hyra Holdings, emphasized that Hyra’s philosophy is to collaborate and even cross-own shares to lead the industry together.

As described on its website, AHT Tech is a technology and software services provider for businesses across various sectors, including fintech, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, education, and healthcare. The company boasts 17 years of experience, serving over 1,000 clients and completing more than 5,000 projects.

Previously, in October, Shark Hung’s blockchain company signed a strategic partnership with Haimaker. Haimaker has developed over 200 popular AI models and offers Developer/Inference services. The collaboration aims to build an open, transparent, and community-driven AI ecosystem. Both parties leverage their strengths in computing infrastructure, blockchain technology, and decentralized AI (DeAI) to create efficient, secure, and accessible AI solutions.

Also in October, Hyra Holdings partnered with Thai An Holdings—a company specializing in investment, auctioning, and appraising antiquities and art—to integrate AI and technology into this field.

According to Hyra Holdings, the company was founded in 2021 and operates in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain.

By the end of 2024, the Hyra ecosystem recorded over 1 million global users. The Hyra AI platform has more than 2 million connected devices across 205 countries, with a processing capacity of approximately 360,000 TFLOPS. During the same period, the company invested approximately $30 million in building the Hyra Zone data center and expanded its operations to markets such as Singapore, Dubai, and the United States.

In its medium-term strategy for 2026–2030, Hyra plans to develop 9 key technology products and enter over 30 international markets. Long-term, Hyra Network aims to go public (IPO) between 2030 and 2035, with an expected valuation in the billions of dollars.
