Intresco Investment and Housing Business Corporation (Intresco, Stock Code: ITC) has announced a Board of Directors Resolution regarding the acquisition of shares in Nam A Housing Business Corporation.
Specifically, Intresco’s Board of Directors approved the purchase of 10 million shares from Nam A Housing’s shareholders at a price of VND 10,000 per share (par value), totaling VND 100 billion.
If the deal is successful, Intresco will own 90.58% of Nam A Housing’s capital and become its parent company.
Established in January 2019, Nam A Housing is headquartered in Ba Ria Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, specializing in real estate business.
The company’s initial charter capital was VND 50 billion, with three founding shareholders: Nam A Investment Corporation (90%), To Thi Minh Nhan (8%), and To Thi Minh Nghia (2%).
In a registration change filed in November 2021, Nam A Housing increased its capital to over VND 110 billion, with no changes to its shareholder structure.
Currently, Mr. Pham Ngoc Hai (born in 1971) serves as the company’s legal representative and Director.
Nam A Housing is known as the developer of the Phuoc Hoi Sea Pearl Apartment project, with a total investment of VND 410 billion.
In addition to Nam A Housing, Intresco’s Q3/2025 Consolidated Financial Report indicates that as of September 30, 2025, the company has three subsidiaries: Intresco Construction Corporation (85%), Saigon-Binh Duong Investment Corporation (64.32%), and Royal Hotel Restaurant Tourism Services Corporation (75%), as well as one affiliate: Long Binh Production-Trade-Construction Corporation (36.36%).
Intresco originated as a state-owned enterprise under the Saigon Real Estate Corporation, privatized in accordance with Decision No. 23/2000/QĐ-TTg dated February 18, 2000, issued by the Prime Minister.
On November 29, 2000, the company successfully held its Founding Shareholders’ Meeting and officially began operating as a joint-stock company in January 2001.
The company is the developer of several high-profile projects, including: Terra Royal (Ho Chi Minh City), An Cu Apartment Complex (Ho Chi Minh City), Thinh Vuong Tower (Ho Chi Minh City), and the Sabinco Commercial and Residential Complex (invested by its subsidiary Sabinco), among others.
