Vietnam needs at least 2.5 million tech workers in the next phase of its development, but currently, there are only 1.2 million people in these roles. The multi-billion-dollar wind power project, with an estimated investment of US $4.5 billion, will be strategically phased to match the demand for load requirements in each stage of development.
