On January 10, 2026, the Government issued Decree No. 4/2026/NĐ-CP, outlining the assignment and procurement process for Vietnamese organizations and enterprises tasked with providing industrial railway services and goods. This decree establishes the criteria for selecting qualified entities to fulfill these critical roles in the railway sector.
