On the afternoon of October 25th, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of NRC Group Corporation (HNX: NRC) approved a resolution to invest up to 1,000 billion VND in the Welltone Luxury Residence project. Additionally, the meeting endorsed a plan to raise nearly 926 billion VND through the issuance of shares to professional securities investors.
