Over the past 2–3 years, apartment prices have surged relentlessly, particularly in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, where rates have skyrocketed to a staggering 80 million VND per square meter.

Seventy-four land plots, spanning a total area of approximately 1,079 hectares, have been proposed by the Department of Agriculture and Environment to the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee for a pilot commercial housing project. This initiative aligns with Resolution 171/2024 issued by the National Assembly.

The standout feature of this project is its development in accordance with the EDGE green building certification system, a globally recognized standard prevalent in developed countries.
