Regarding the North-South high-speed railway project, Deputy Minister of Finance Đỗ Thành Trung proposed adding a resource responsibility-sharing mechanism with local budgets, similar to those implemented in ongoing expressway projects.

Following the conclusion of the offering, Becamex IJC has over 8.4 million shares remaining undistributed. As a result, the company will continue to offer these shares to 79 investors at a price of 10,000 VND per share.

According to Son Hai Group, each time the company transfers compensation for land clearance, it is based on the payment request from the Dong Hoi City Land Fund Development Center, and the full amount is always transferred accurately. Son Hai Group does not have the authority to audit the financial records of the Land Fund Development Center and therefore cannot determine if there is a remaining balance of 10.1 million VND in the Center’s compensation fund.
