After nearly three years of construction, the Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon section component project has been successfully completed, meeting all technical requirements for its official opening on December 19, 2025.

On December 18th, the Vietnamese government issued Decree No. 323/2025/NĐ-CP, establishing the International Financial Center in Vietnam. This decree, comprising 7 chapters and 23 articles, concretizes National Assembly Resolution No. 222/2025/QH15. It provides detailed regulations on the organization, operation, development roadmap, and management mechanisms for the International Financial Center.

This is a flagship project featured in the groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical opening ceremony of 234 projects and works nationwide, with a total investment of over 3.4 million billion VND.
