The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has recently issued Circular 27/2025/TT-NHNN, providing guidance on the implementation of key provisions within the Anti-Money Laundering Law. This regulatory update introduces several new measures designed to enhance the effectiveness of monitoring and preventing money laundering and terrorist financing activities within the financial sector.

According to the Ministry of Finance, alongside the goal of controlling inflation, price management must continue to align with efforts to alleviate challenges in production, business, and the livelihoods of citizens.

Experts suggest that, in the short term, capital should be flexibly reallocated from delayed projects to those that are ready for implementation. Additionally, establishing a dynamic pricing and contract mechanism, along with forming a specialized task force to address bottlenecks, is essential.
