The Ministry of Industry and Trade currently stands as the largest shareholder of the Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation (VEAM), holding nearly 1.18 billion shares, which equates to an 88.5% stake in VEAM’s chartered capital. From the upcoming dividend distribution, the Ministry is set to receive approximately VND 5.5 trillion.

After a prolonged period of stagnation, the IFC One Saigon project may see a new development as Ms. Truong My Lan, from her prison cell, has submitted a request to the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee to resume investment.

Previously, Mr. Tran Cong Nam, a member of the Board of Directors, sold 103,500 DBC shares, reducing his ownership from 218,513 shares (0.06% of the charter capital) to 115,013 shares (0.03% of the charter capital). The transaction was executed on October 23.
