The Board of Directors of MB Securities Joint Stock Company (HNX: MBS) approved a resolution on May 12 to issue share purchase rights to existing shareholders, aiming to raise over VND 687 billion. The additional capital will primarily strengthen the company's margin trading activities. Prior to this, at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Chairman of MBS expressed confidence in the company's ability to achieve its set targets.
