This pilot will introduce a two-part electricity pricing structure, offering customers a reference point to understand their usage and make adjustments. During this period, customers will receive two electricity bills: one based on the current mechanism and the other based on the new two-part pricing structure. Starting January 1, 2026, the two-part electricity pricing structure will be mandatory for large electricity consumers."
