In the first quarter of 2025, residential property and land prices in various localities experienced much more significant fluctuations compared to the previous quarter. This was mainly due to the news of provincial mergers. However, this price surge and increased trading volume carry inherent risks driven by speculative factors.

The spending trend may witness a decline, as per KIS, owing to weakened consumer confidence amidst a future shrouded in uncertainty. This could also lead to a fall in purchasing power as industrial production slows down due to reduced export demand, resulting in decreased consumer income.

"Petrolimex plans to dish out over VND 1,524 billion in dividends for the fiscal year 2024 to its shareholders, amounting to a 12% payout ratio. Shareholders on record until the cut-off date of June 11, 2025, will be eligible to receive this dividend payment."
