The city of Hai Phong has granted a 24-month extension for land use to Saigon Garment and Match Joint Stock Company, the investor behind the project to replace the historic Sắt Market with a mixed-use complex featuring a 5-star hotel, shopping center, and office space. This decision comes as the land remains undeveloped, delaying the highly anticipated transformation of the area.
