After a successful stint in the Chinese market, retail giant E-Land is now betting big on Vietnam. The company has announced plans to open 10 traditional stores in the country by the end of 2025, marking a significant expansion into the Vietnamese market.

According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, over 67,000 tons of solid waste are generated daily, with only 10% being recycled. Specifically, about 1.8 million tons of plastic waste are released into the environment annually, with an average of 1 kg of plastic bags used per household per month. Of this, 27% is recycled and reused thanks to the efforts of businesses.

The Prime Minister has instructed the Ministry of Finance to take the lead and collaborate with relevant agencies to review and expedite the collection of taxes and land lease payments that have been extended... in the final month of 2024. This proactive approach ensures timely revenue for the state budget and fosters a culture of fiscal responsibility.
