For the first time, a distributor surpassing $1 billion in revenue has launched a stock portfolio valued in the hundreds of billions. However, the performance of this investment activity has significantly eroded profits.

The cash flow generated from key projects, including Vlasta - Thuy Nguyen (Hai Phong), Yen Phong (Bac Ninh), TT39-40 (Hanoi), and Song Khe – Noi Hoang (Bac Ninh), enabled Van Phu Real Estate Development JSC (HOSE: VPI) to conclude Q4/2025 with an after-tax profit of VND 132 billion. This achievement represents 112% of the annual profit target for 2025, as approved by shareholders during the Annual General Meeting.

GO! Supermarket in Pho Yen is set to break ground in Q1 2026 and commence operations in Q4 2027. The project is spearheaded by a newly established enterprise founded earlier this year.
