Ho Chi Minh City is investing over VND 16,000 billion to expand nearly 10 kilometers of National Highway 1, aiming to eliminate the traffic bottleneck at the city's western gateway.

The Belt Road 4 project, spanning through the Northern region of the Capital Area, is progressing at an unprecedented pace. Significant sections have already been paved with asphalt, marking substantial progress. With contractors deploying maximum resources and manpower, the project is on track for completion by December 31, 2025.

The Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Tri Province, Tran Phong, has officially approved the investment policy for the New Urban Area North of the City project. Proposed by Son Hai Group, this ambitious development boasts a total investment of over 2,400 billion VND.
