On December 4, 2025, Vietnam Export-Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank, HOSE: EIB) announced a strategic leadership restructuring with the appointment of a new Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Credit card holders now face a significant change in cash withdrawal limits. Previously, they could withdraw 50-80% of their credit limit in cash, but now, the maximum cash withdrawal is capped at 100 million VND per month.
