The prime 50-hectare plot of land within the Tran Bien Urban-Commercial-Service Area Project is set to go up for auction in December. This coveted "golden" land promises unparalleled potential for development in one of the most strategic locations.

Prime Minister forecasts that by 2025, Vietnam may surpass the infrastructure development targets set by the 13th National Congress, including 3,000 km of expressways and 1,700 km of coastal roads. On December 19th, the country will inaugurate a new expressway stretching from Cao Bang through Lang Son, Hanoi, the Central region, Ho Chi Minh City, and ending in Ca Mau.

Recently, Mr. Bruno Jaspert, Chairman of EuroCham, delivered a keynote address at the Swiss-Vietnamese Economic Forum 2025 (SVEF 2025), which opened in Da Nang. The event was jointly organized by the Da Nang People’s Committee, the Embassy of Switzerland in Vietnam, and the Swiss-Vietnamese Economic Forum (SVEF).
