The IR Awards 2025 program, an event honoring listed companies with the best IR activities in 2025, has officially commenced. On average, Hanoi conducts road tests for over 30,000 applicants monthly, but currently, thousands of aspiring drivers are awaiting their chance to obtain their licenses. This unexpected halt in operations has created a significant bottleneck in the city's driver licensing process.
