A crane truck overloaded by more than four times the legal limit caused the collapse of the central span of the temporary Ông Mười Tâm bridge on Provincial Road 831 (Tây Ninh). The incident prompted authorities to immediately seal off the area, forcing heavy vehicles to detour nearly 50 kilometers.

This marks the ninth visit by the Prime Minister to inspect the construction site of this mega-project.

With a total investment of 3.6 trillion VND, this transformative project expands a critical artery from 16 meters to 72 meters, significantly alleviating congestion on National Highway 51.
