As of November 17th, the 15th National Assembly enters its 5th week of the 10th session, tackling a hefty legislative agenda with deliberations and feedback on 15 draft laws.

As the trading session closed on November 14, 2025, the market witnessed 121 stocks advancing, 139 declining, and 41 remaining unchanged. Foreign investors continued their net selling streak, offloading a total of 7.08 billion VND.

During the week of November 8–14, 2025, three provinces attracted investment for six projects, totaling over 27.1 trillion VND. Notably, five of these projects are wind power plants with a combined capacity of 478MW, accounting for more than 25.8 trillion VND in investment capital.
