In immediate response to the news that PVN will auction its entire 23.2% stake in Petrosetco (PET) at a starting price of VND 36,500 per share, PET’s stock surged to its daily limit in the morning session on November 10th.

The Ministry of Construction oversees 11 projects/DATP12 spanning 444 km, with progress on track for completion by the end of 2025. The remaining 11 projects/DATP, totaling 289 km, are managed by local authorities, and 5 out of these 11 are currently adhering to their scheduled timelines.

The Government Inspectorate has recommended that the Ministry of Finance consider removing the Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Plant Project from the list of projects facing difficulties and obstacles.
