Several projects from major developers have also made their mark on the recently announced list of eligible businesses.

The Ministry of Construction has finalized plans for the construction of Can Tho 2 Bridge, a high-speed road bridge combined with a railway bridge spanning the Hau River as part of the Ho Chi Minh City - Can Tho railway line. The project is slated to commence in 2027, with full completion and operational readiness expected within five years.

Ho Chi Minh City has proposed that the Government allow the application of the land price adjustment coefficient issued by the Provincial People’s Committee in 2015. This approach would more accurately reflect market prices and ensure a balanced alignment of interests between the State and investors.
