On May 10, the An Giang Provincial Party Committee issued a press release announcing the results of an inspection of the Long Xuyen City Party Committee (tenure 2015 - 2020, 2020 - 2025) and the Chau Phu District Party Committee (tenure 2000 - 2025). The inspection uncovered a series of serious violations and shortcomings that warrant disciplinary action.
