Da Nang has identified the development of an urban railway system as a strategic breakthrough, aiming to create a smart, green, and interconnected city within the Central region of Vietnam.

On the afternoon of October 23rd, during a press conference addressing socio-economic developments in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Nguyễn Kiên Giang, Deputy Director of the Department of Traffic Infrastructure Management and Exploitation (under the Department of Construction), provided updates on the progress of the Nguyễn Khoái Bridge and Road project. He also outlined the city’s strategic direction for integrating digital technology into the management of key infrastructure initiatives.

The Prime Minister emphasized the need to slash administrative procedures by at least 50%, categorizing social housing projects as "green lane" or "priority lane" initiatives to expedite processes and ensure timely implementation. Additionally, flexible methods should be employed to secure cleared land for social housing development, while diversifying funding sources to support its expansion.
