As of December 1st, the Da Phuoc Solid Waste Treatment Complex has adjusted its operating hours for receiving domestic solid waste, now accepting waste only from 6 PM to 6 AM the following day. This change places significant pressure on the city’s waste transportation operations.

By the end of November, public investment disbursement reached over 553 trillion VND, surpassing the same period last year. The Ministry of Finance has urged ministries, sectors, and localities to accelerate allocation and disbursement following the "6 clear principles" to ensure the annual target is met.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for November rose by 0.45% compared to the previous month, primarily driven by surging food prices in central provinces and cities directly impacted by post-storm flooding. Additionally, dining out costs increased due to higher input material expenses and rising fuel prices. Over the first eleven months of 2025, the CPI averaged a 3.29% increase year-on-year, while core inflation climbed by 3.21%.
