Following the unsuccessful sale in the previous registration, the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Hoa Binh Takara JSC (HNX: CTP) have once again registered to offload nearly their entire stake, scheduled for the period between October 23 and November 21.

During the week of October 10-17, the VanEck Vectors Vietnam ETF (VNM ETF) executed a robust net buy of all stocks within its portfolio. This buying activity followed FTSE Russell’s official announcement on October 8, upgrading Vietnam’s market status from Frontier to Secondary Emerging Market.

At the close of trading on October 22, 2025, the market saw 106 stocks rise, 128 fall, and 34 remain unchanged. Foreign investors continued their net selling streak, with a total net outflow nearing 3.19 billion VND.
