The People's Committee of Dong Nai Province has announced a public auction for the land use rights of an eco-tourism, resort, and entertainment project at Mount Chua Chan in Xuan Loc commune. The starting price is set at approximately VND 2.679 billion, equivalent to nearly VND 2.9 million per square meter.
