Bùi Thị Minh Hoài, Bí thư Thành ủy Hà Nội, has been appointed by the Politburo to serve as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations for the 2025-2030 term.

The Politburo has appointed Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc, a member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Head of the Central Inspection Commission, as the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Industry experts agree that we possess the advantage of learning from the experiences of other nations in establishing and operating international financial centers. However, they caution that without superior mechanisms and policies, such initiatives should not be pursued, as success is unlikely.
