Becamex IJC has become the first company to officially release its Q3 2025 financial report. Prior to this, DIC Group (DIG) estimated a Q3 profit of 171 billion VND, a stark contrast to the 6 billion VND loss recorded in the same period last year.

The Ministry of Finance reports that several localities have yet to finalize asset allocation decisions, regardless of whether handover minutes are complete or not. The affected provinces include: Nghệ An, Hưng Yên, Đắk Lắk, Tây Ninh, Vĩnh Long, An Giang, Ninh Bình, Thanh Hóa, Ho Chi Minh City, and Đồng Tháp.

Prior to the transaction, Mr. Vuong held nearly 450 million shares of VIC, representing 11.59% of the corporation’s chartered capital. Upon completion, his direct ownership stake decreased to just over 10%, equivalent to approximately 390 million shares.
