VinFast, a Vietnamese automotive manufacturer, has boldly ventured into the global market by selecting a country 18 hours away by flight as its inaugural destination for electric motorcycle exports. This strategic move marks a significant milestone, showcasing VinFast's ambition to expand its presence in the international electric vehicle arena.

According to reports, 18 ministries, central agencies, and 30 localities have yet to fully allocate the capital plans assigned by the Prime Minister, totaling nearly VND 38,400 billion. By the end of August 2025, 29 ministries, agencies, and 12 localities recorded disbursement rates below the national average.

For effective flood prevention and control in the Bui River basin, Hanoi mandates that relevant authorities develop comprehensive solutions. Households residing in areas prone to frequent flooding or within the riverbeds will be considered for relocation to facilitate the expansion of the Bui and Tich river channels, enhancing flood drainage capabilities.
