The Tràng An Ecological Zone has surpassed its implementation deadline since 2023, while the Bái Đính Temple project is set to continue until the end of 2025. However, both projects face significant challenges, including funding shortages, land clearance issues, and planning complications.

HoREA asserts that this initiative will unlock land resources, fostering socio-economic development. Critically, it will definitively resolve lingering issues and obstacles related to land use and land-purpose conversions for equitized enterprises transitioning from state-owned status during the historical period of 2007–2021.

According to experts, the development of megacities centered around public transportation will be the key to unlocking future housing supply challenges.
