"The Ministry of Home Affairs proposes a streamlined government structure with 13 ministries, down from the current number, and 4 agencies with ministerial status (a reduction of 5). There will be 5 agencies under the government's jurisdiction, a decrease of 3. This new structure will also see a reduction of 12 out of 13 General Departments and equivalent offices, 500 departments under the ministries and general departments, and 177 offices under ministries and agencies with ministerial status. Furthermore, 190 public service units under the ministries will be reduced."
