“KIS Securities Fined Over $52,000 for Misfiling Taxes”
The Vietnam Securities Joint Stock Company (KIS Vietnam) has been ordered by the Tax Authority to take remedial action on three counts. This includes a tax levy of over 491 million VND, late payment fees of over 458 million VND, and an adjustment to their deductions, reducing them by 301 million VND.

The Fat Racing Corporation has been fined 470 million dong by the SSC for inaccurate, delayed, and incomplete public disclosures. The corporation also engaged in related-party transactions that did not comply with regulations.

The real estate sector witnessed a surge in activity in April, with companies issuing nearly VND 12,500 billion worth of bonds. Notably, these businesses will face significant maturity pressures in the third and fourth quarters of this year, totaling approximately VND 86,400 billion.
