PVcomBank -Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank has announced the auction of the land use rights and assets attached to the land, namely an 8-story building located at No. 17, Alley 68, Nguy Nhu Kon Tum Street, Nhan Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi in order to recover the debt.
The house is made of reinforced concrete with a construction area of 89 square meters, a usable area of 730.4 square meters, a 21.2-square-meter balcony, elevator… The origin of the asset is the auctioned asset collateral of the Civil Execution Department of Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
According to the certificate of land use right, ownership of houses and other assets attached to the land with the number CD 824940, in the certificate of grant of land use right with the number CS 04569 issued by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hanoi on March 21, 20216 in the name of Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong.
The starting price of the asset is more than 20.5 billion VND, not including value-added tax (VAT), personal income tax, fees for house and land transfer, and other financial obligations. The winning bidder is responsible for the procedures to transfer ownership, use, pay taxes, fees, and other related costs in accordance with the law.
The deposit is 4 billion VND. Customers participating in the auction must transfer the deposit to the account of Bao Phong Auction Company. The deposit must be paid within 3 days from January 31 to 17:00 on February 2, 2024 (during office hours).
Sale and acceptance of auction registration documents during office hours until 17:00 on February 2, 2024. The price for 1 auction registration document is 500,000 VND/document. The asset viewing period is from January 29 to January 30, 2024 (during office hours) at the location of the asset.
The auction will take place at 14:00 on February 5, 2024, at the auction company. The auction will be conducted in person through verbal bidding with the bidding method increasing.
