The official fanpage of Sông Hồng Nghĩa Hưng Joint Stock Company recently posted pictures of employees carrying pillows home.
According to the announcement, as a Lunar New Year gift for the Year of the Rat 2024, each employee will receive an additional pure cotton pillow from Sông Hồng. The pillow is 7cm thick and worth over 4 million VND.
The Sông Hồng Nghĩa Hưng Joint Stock Company is a subsidiary of Sông Hồng May Joint Stock Company (stock code: MSH), with MSH owning 51% of the charter capital of Sông Hồng Nghĩa Hưng.
Sông Hồng May is one of the leading manufacturers of garments and pillows in Vietnam. With over 20 production factories concentrated in Nam Dinh province. As of December 31, 2023, Sông Hồng May has 11,809 employees.
Regarding MSH’s business results, in the fourth quarter of 2023, the company recorded a slight increase of more than 1% in net revenue to 1,157 billion VND. Due to cost reduction, MSH’s after-tax profit increased by 48% compared to the same period last year, reaching over 81 billion VND.
For the whole year of 2023, Sông Hồng May’s net revenue reached 4,542 billion VND, a decrease of 18% compared to the previous year, and after-tax profit exceeded 245 billion VND, a decrease of nearly 28%.
