According to the land use rights auction plan, lease in 2024 for the land funds managed by the province of Binh Dinh, the province expects to receive more than VND 4,957 billion from the successful auction of land lots.
Specifically, the Provincial Land Development Center expects to successfully auction 254 land lots out of a total of 670 lots, with an area of 23.96 hectares. The total estimated amount to be received is VND 2,100 billion.
According to the plan, some land funds managed by this center in Quy Nhon City are put up for auction such as: New Urban Area Long Van (Zone A2) with 184 lots; expected to successfully auction 80 lots and earn over VND 137 billion; North Residential Area – Social Housing in Nhon Binh Ward with 168 lots, expected to successfully auction 43 lots.
The total estimated value to be received is over VND 80.8 billion; Residential area in zone 7-8, Nhon Phu Ward with a total of 20 auctioned lots; expected to successfully auction 9 lots; the total estimated value to be received is over VND 32 billion…

The Provincial Clearance Board expects to successfully auction 415 lots out of a total of 963 lots, with an area of 6.54 hectares. The total estimated amount to be received is VND 325 billion.
Among them, some land areas being put up for auction are: Residential area in the warehouse cluster along National Highway 1D with a total of 145 lots, expected to successfully auction 82 lots; expected to earn over VND 111 billion; Resettlement area in Nhon Thanh Ward, An Nhon Town, serving the Extended Economic Zone Project, also expected to successfully auction 103 lots and will earn VND 62 billion; Resettlement area serving the western road project of the province and projects in Cam Vinh Commune, Van Canh District (phase 1) with expected successful auction of 62 out of 204 lots; expected to earn VND 40 billion…
Along with that, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board expects to auction only 21 lots but with a large total area of 121.57 hectares. The total estimated amount to be received is over VND 2,532 billion.
Accordingly, the Economic Zone Management Board plans to auction land areas to implement projects such as: Southwest Urban Area in Nhon Ly Commune; expected to earn VND 640 billion; Point 2 (2-1), Nhon Ly – Cat Tien seaside tourist area with an area of over 28.3 hectares, expected to earn VND 500 billion; Point 2 (2-2), Nhon Ly – Cat Tien seaside tourist area with an area of over 40 hectares, expected to earn VND 800 billion…
In 2024, the target for the total state budget revenue in Binh Dinh province is VND 15,000 billion, including VND 14,267 billion from domestic revenue and VND 450 billion from import-export activities. Among them, land use fees account for VND 6,112 billion.
