Sky Garden Towers (Sky Garden Dinh Cong) is a commercial, office, and residential complex project located at 12 Alley 115 Dinh Cong Street, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. It is developed by Dinh Cong Co. Ltd. (a member of Van Thai Group). The project is considered to have a prime location as it is close to Hanoi’s ring road 2.5.

The project was started in 2011, but it was halted and abandoned after reaching the 8th floor in 2013.

The project has a total area of 7,000 square meters with 28 floors, 1 technical floor, 1 roof floor, and 2 basement floors. The project was granted investment license in March 2011 and construction permit in December 2011, with an expected completion in the third quarter of 2014.

However, in mid-2013, the project stopped construction after completing the structural work of 2 basement floors and 7 above-ground floors.

The project’s components have deteriorated significantly.

Rusty steel and overgrown grass inside the construction site.

The project still shows no signs of revival.

The dilapidated fence outside the project can collapse at any time.
