The Board of Directors of Dabaco Vietnam Group Corporation (stock code: DBC) has decided to remove the position of Deputy General Director and terminate the labor contract with Ms. Bui Hai Huyen “based on the actual situation and personal desire”. The decision takes effect from February 1st.
Ms. Bui Hai Huyen was appointed as Deputy General Director of Dabaco to advise and assist the Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director and manage the assigned work from August 16, 2023. Thus, Huyen’s tenure at Dabaco lasts less than half a year.

Ms. Bui Hai Huyen was born in 1976, with a bachelor’s degree in economics. She has over 20 years of experience in management, operation, consulting, and project implementation in many large enterprises.
Prior to joining Dabaco, Ms. Huyen held the position of General Director at FLC Corporation from March 2020 until her resignation in February 2023. She is one of the long-time leaders of FLC with more than 12 years of dedication, holding various important positions in FLC’s ecosystem such as Chairman of the Board of Directors of H.A.I Agricultural Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investment and Business Development Real Estate Joint Stock Company FLCHomes…
In 2023, DBC achieved a net revenue of VND 11,110 billion, a 4% decrease compared to 2022. After-tax profit reached VND 25 billion, 5 times higher than the same period. However, the reason for the significant increase in the company’s profit mostly comes from the low base in 2022.
In 2023, Dabaco sets a target revenue of VND 24,562 billion and after-tax profit of VND 569 billion. Therefore, DBC still has a long way to go in achieving these targets.
