Suzuki Unveils New Generation Affordable Masterpiece, Starting from Only 100 Million VND

Suzuki has unveiled the latest generation of the ALTO model in the Indian market.

The new generation of Suzuki ALTO with 5 new versions has recently been officially launched in the Indian market.

The exterior of the new generation Suzuki ALTO is considered quite simple. The front area of the car has a honeycomb-shaped grille in glossy black and multi-function headlights using Halogen bulbs.

In addition, the car is equipped with 12-inch alloy wheels with 145/80 R12 tires and black trim along the side of the car.

With the above price, the interior equipment of the car is also quite simple with a three-spoke steering wheel, power steering, manually adjustable air conditioning system, manually adjustable rearview mirror, and standard radio.

The VXi+ version will be additionally equipped with a 7-inch touch screen display.

Providing power for the new generation ALTO is a 3-cylinder petrol engine with a capacity of 796 cc, generating a maximum power of 47 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 69 Nm at 3,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.

According to the car manufacturer, this car model has a fuel consumption of 22.05 km/l for petrol engine and 31.59 km/kg for compressed natural gas (CNG) engine.

In terms of safety technology, Suzuki equips the ALTO with dual front airbags, anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brake-force distribution (EBD), dual front seatbelt reminder, and rear parking sensors.

In the Indian market, the price of Suzuki ALTO ranges from 354,000 – 513,000 Rupees (equivalent to about 104 – 150 million VND).
