It is known that the dealership is selling the last Venue models produced in 2023. Therefore, the quantity and color options are very limited. Referring to other dealerships, the discounts for the Standard and Special Edition Venue are VND 15 million and VND 16 million, respectively.
According to sales consultants, the 2024 Venue models have already arrived at the dealership. These cars do not have direct discounts but only come with accessory packages for customers.
After the promotion, the price of the Special Edition Venue is on par with that of the mid-range Kia Sonet Luxury (starting from VND 549 million).
Hyundai’s A-segment SUV has the opportunity to improve sales by offering discounts at the end of the year. In December 2023, Hyundai sold 180 Venue units, significantly lower than Sonet (1,354 units) and Raize (312 units).
Hyundai Venue was launched in Vietnam on December 16th, last year, at the Hyundai Experience Day 2023 event. This B-segment SUV is considered a mini Palisade with a large-sized cascading grille that connects to the side turn signals. The front lighting system features projected LED headlights positioned low, combined with LED daytime running lights surrounding them.
The Hyundai Venue shares the same platform as the Kia Sonet. Its dimensions are 3,995 x 1,770 x 1,645 mm in length, width, and height, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2,500 mm. Compared to the Raize and Sonet, the overall length of the Venue is 35 mm and 125 mm shorter, respectively. The ground clearance is 195 mm. Both versions are equipped with 16-inch wheels and 215/60R16 tires.
The interior is highlighted by an 8-inch touchscreen that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, with a navigation system developed by Hyundai Thanh Cong and a 6-speaker audio system. The digital instrument cluster can change its interface based on the driving mode.
Both versions available in Vietnam share a turbocharged 1.0L gasoline engine with 3 cylinders, delivering 118 horsepower and 172 Nm of torque. The Venue has the most powerful engine in its segment, as the Raize has 98 horsepower and the Sonet has 113 horsepower.
In terms of safety technology, the Venue is equipped with ABS, EBD, BA, electronic stability control, hill start assist, vehicle stability management, reverse camera, reverse sensors, and a 6-airbag system.
